Smart will unveil new Tech to rival with SKYPE from Globe?
Well, I heard this issue one month ago that Smart will take the first move to rival with SKYPE from GLOBE Telecom but I dunno what it is. I have made some review with SMART PLUG N’ TALK for OFW abroad but it could not be the one to compete with SKYPE service quality.
I am a tech savvy and I am choosy for gadgets that would satisfy me but SMART PLUG N” TALK would not be the best answer to say, it will compete with SKYPE in the communication market. It’s even quite expensive compare to SKYPE. And the benefits are lower. Let me show you the difference.
SMART PLUG N’ TALK- FEATURES
1. Easy to use, Portable with SIM- Gadget
2. It will use the Internet connection to have the service
3. It is a bit costly because you will pay for the internet connection plus the per minute call to the Philippines.
4. It is an independent gadget that would be destroy by wind, water or fire
5. You need it plus the computer where to plug it (Double loss or DL) why? Because the two gadget will depreciate so you incur losses for the depreciation of the two gadgets (Computer and PLUG N’ TALK)
6. Loading credits outside the country is not easy. You need to find it in the most populous area of the country where most Filipino is there, where other Filipinos have the reloading services to get reloaded your credit
SKYPE Services Features
1. Easy to use, portable but intangible software. You could not hold it, it is just a program in the computer
2. Internet connection is really required by the service
3. If the SKYPE Program is available then using your account like Yahoo Messenger, you could call anybody from the any part of the world for only $21.00 US Dollar per month. And it is unlimited call.
4. It is not a gadget but a software installed in my computer which is downloadable and installable to any computer, it will not be lost, not be stolen, and it’s free.
5. Only your computer will depreciate while the software will keep on appraising its value to the market
6. No need to reload your credit.
