SMART COMMUNICATIONS’s PLUG N’ TALK gadgets is a Failure!

For my review in this stuff, maybe the research department of the SMART Communications make a big mistake for introducing this gadget. I consider it as FAILURE.

I maybe thumbs’ up if this gadget is capable to be connected to your mobile phone alone, but if you need computer to have this plus internet connection, then this is a big foul. If the OFW will go to the internet café, they have texted already their family to get online, so they could talk via SKYPE or via Yahoo Messenger (YM) so why should have to spend credits or “load” to talk with their family? Or some OFW have their own pc notebook at their respective accommodations then they just have the internet connection then install the SKYPE, YM or MSN then have a video chat for unlimited time and absolutely FREE!. Why should they have to spend loads or credits for their PLUG N’ TALK?

Maybe the SMART Communications Research and Development Department is not thinking of pros and cons of this gadget.

This PLUG N’TALK Gadget of SMART is just a messed! For sure, this will ends up to paid trial by OFWs then good bye

1. Easy to use, Portable with SIM- Gadget
2. It will use the Internet connection to have the service
3. It is a bit costly because you will pay for the internet connection plus the per minute call to the Philippines.
4. It is an independent gadget that would be destroy by wind, water or fire
5. You need it plus the computer where to plug it (Double loss or DL) why? Because the two gadget will depreciate so you incur losses for the depreciation of the two gadgets (Computer and PLUG N’ TALK)
6. Loading credits outside the country is not easy. You need to find it in the most populous area of the country where most Filipino is there, where other Filipinos have the reloading services to get reloaded your credit
